Career Analysis Framework

Career Analysis: Our Four-Layer Framework

When you choose "career and direction," our analysis isn't just a random discussion of planets. There is a systematic approach behind it, progressing from core talents to timing of actions.

First Layer: Your Career DNA

What to look at: MC (Midheaven), 10th house, 6th house, 2nd house, and their ruling planets

The MC is the most "visible" point in your birth chart. The sign it occupies tells us what kind of professional image suits you:

But the MC is just the starting point. Next, we look at where the ruling planet of the MC is located — this tells us "how" you achieve your career goals. For example, if the MC is in Libra and its ruling planet Venus is in the 3rd house = building your career through writing, teaching, and communication.

Second Layer: Financial Model

What to look at: 2nd house (active income), 8th house (shared resources/passive income), Jupiter (expansion), Saturn (limitations)

The 2nd house describes your way of earning money and your perspective on finances. The 8th house relates to investments, partnerships, and other people's resources. We analyze the planets and signs in these two houses to determine whether you are suited for a stable salary structure, freelance work, or an investment and entrepreneurship model.

Third Layer: Workplace Relationships and Work Style

What to look at: 6th house (daily work environment), 11th house (teams and communities), Mars (competitive style), Mercury (communication style)

The state of the 6th house determines what kind of daily work routine suits you. Those with Uranus in the 6th house cannot tolerate a 9-to-5 job; those with Saturn in the 6th house perform best in structured environments.

Fourth Layer: Timing Judgments

What to look at: Transiting Saturn/Jupiter/Pluto aspects to the MC and 10th house, progressed charts, and minor progressions

This is our basis for telling you "when it's suitable to take action." For example:

Why You Can't Just Look at Your Sun Sign for Job Guidance

Because the Sun sign only represents your core will, it does not reflect your work abilities (Mercury), drive (Mars), or social roles (MC). A person with their Sun in Pisces may seem dreamy, but if their MC is in Capricorn and Mars is in Scorpio, they can actually be a very strategic executor in the workplace.

This is why a complete analysis of your birth chart is much more accurate than the online "What jobs are suitable for XX sign" advice.
