What we collect

When you register: a username, an email address and a password (stored as a hash; we cannot read it).

When you use the site: the birth date, time and place you enter, the questions you ask, and the reports and conversations produced from them.

Automatically: the server logs request paths and response times to keep the service running. Site analytics are self-hosted and cookie-free, counting page views and referrers without identifying anyone.

How it is used

Birth data is used to calculate charts and produce readings. Reports and conversations are kept in your account so you can return to them. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties.

Third parties that touch your data

To produce a reading, the chart facts and your question are sent to the large language model provider we use. Only what the reading needs is sent; account data is not.

When you subscribe, payment is handled by a payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

The site is served over HTTPS from a cloud provider’s data centre.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete any birth record or report from your account page.

To delete your whole account, write to astro168VIP@gmail.com and we will do it and confirm back. Deleted data is removed from the database; daily backups are kept for 14 days and then discarded automatically, so your data leaves the backups within 14 days at the latest.

Your rights and how to reach us

You may ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Write to astro168VIP@gmail.com and we will handle it within a reasonable time. Changes to this policy are dated on this page.
